Project RICE in Spain
Concha Suarez in Spain has been such a good friend to Project RICE - she & her associate Enrique head a small group who fascilitates adopting poor children from Philippines, and her son was also an orphan there until she adopted him.
Concha found me through my pBase.com images and was moved by my photos to begin emailing me each week, and she's even helped with promoting pRICE in Spain on the TULAY blog; Enrique posted my images and translated my writings into Spanish....Enrique always very hard as the webmaster for TULAY.
