...in the middle of a regular day there where he sleeps, bathes, eats & plays on the street....I don't know this boy's name, but I've always seen him downtown since 2003.
Of course, he really belongs in school at this age - but that's impossible with his Mama's current situation of just trying to live day to day there on the sidewalk.
