With so many people & friends out of work in Philippines, so many not having a safe place to live, so many Families simply trying to keep their Family Unit together, I came across an article entitled:
"Peace Comes With Economic Development and Justice..." © arab news
And although it specifically deals with the peace process in southern Mindanao, I saw the following quote as especially important:
"...peace will not become a reality unless the process is accompanied by economic and infrastructure development, reconstruction, correction of injustice, and the proper settlement of the displaced population."
