Made it to Hong Kong & Manila: UPDATED
...currently at gate 23 Cathay Pacific connecting to Manila, and we board in 5 minutes.
Absolutely a wonderful flight from New York, smooth sailing all the way.

...onboard the Airbus A340-600 ultra long haul; a very smooth flight for passengers; I think my empty-spare $30 small wheeler had it rough though- in HK's duty-free there are so many upscale shops, even the Frank Muller watch aficionados get some display eye candy.
